3. Sensory Data: Audio and Video Recordings

 

Pursuant to the New Hampshire Wiretapping and Eavesdropping law (RSA 570-A), we require express consent for the recording of instructional sessions.

 

  • Purpose: Recordings are used for instructional review, safety documentation, quality assurance, and lesson playback for the student.

  • Remote Instruction: Lessons conducted via third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom) are subject to the privacy practices of those platforms.

  • Consent: Participation in lessons constitutes consent to recording as a condition of service.

 

4. Services for Minors and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance

 

Orion Arts provides services to individuals age 15 and older, with verifiable parent or guardian consent where required by law.

 

  • Consent: For students under 18, we require a signed Parental Consent before collecting any personal information or recording sessions.

  • Parent and Guardian Rights: Parents and guardians may review, delete, or withdraw consent for the collection of their child's data at any time by contacting us.

 

5. How We Use Your Information

 

We use collected information to:

 

  • Schedule, manage, and record training sessions.

  • Process payments and maintain business records.

  • Marketing: If you provide express consent via our Marketing Release, we may use student images or performance clips for promotional purposes.

  • Comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal processing, including but not limited to, New Hampshire law regarding two-party consent for recordings (RSA 570-A).

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
